Returned From Active Service Badge
The badge was issued to members of the Navy, Air Force, AIF (including the Australian Army Nursing Service), Voluntary Aid Detachments, approved members of philanthropic organisations, official press correspondents and official photographers on their return to Australia from active service overseas or specified areas within Australia that came under enemy attack.
